A little over two years ago, East Jefferson General Hospital began a new chapter focused on bringing next-level care to the communities we’ve served for generations. Since then…well, we’ve been busy. East Jefferson is now an Academic Center of Excellence since welcoming Tulane School of Medicine, has received major upgrade as part of a $216 million investment made by LCMC Health, and has become a hub of advanced medicine, specialty care, and innovation. A little over two years ago, we said East Jeff was ready to provide next-level care, but the next level was never the destination. It was only the beginning. Today’s East Jeff is healthcare on a higher level.
