Free parking is available behind the Physician’s Office Building and our building is handicap accessible.

How to schedule with us
When you’re ready, our friendly staff is happy to assist you with making an appointment with our team of providers. To schedule an appointment, simply call 504.349.6945.. We ask that any appointment cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance, so we have the opportunity to serve another woman in need of our care.
Questions about insurance?
We’re happy to let you know that we accept most insurance plans. You are more than welcome to contact us if there are any concerns regarding your insurance coverage within our practice. As an added convenience, we provide courtesy insurance billing for all patients’ insurance plan.
Questions about Payment Options?
Payment is required at the time services are rendered for all co-pays,
deductibles, co-insurance, and out of pocket expenses not covered by insurance.
If you choose to pay with cash, please contact our office in advance to
get a full understanding of the charges related to your appointment. Our
friendly staff will assist in accepting cash, check or major credit card.
