West Jefferson Medical Center opens new imaging center to complete LCMC Health Ridgelake Health Center expansion
(Marrero, La.) December 20, 2019 – West Jefferson Medical Center (West Jefferson) celebrated the opening of its new Imaging Center within the 48,000-square-foot LCMC Health Ridgelake Health Center located near North Causeway Boulevard and Ridgelake Drive in Metairie.
The new, fully comprehensive Imaging Center offers patients of all ages, including adults and children, a full spectrum of diagnostic services in a comfortable, relaxing, and patient-friendly environment. The 9,300 square-foot facility is equipped with the most technically advanced equipment providing a variety of services including 3T MRI, Ultrasound, 3D Mammography, CT Scan, Dexa Bone Density, and X-ray.

The West Jefferson Imaging Center, located at 2121 Ridgelake Drive, began welcoming patients on Wednesday, December 18. The facility is now open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The opening of the West Jefferson Imaging Center on the building’s ground floor completes the facility as the first integrated location for LCMC Health. The second floor consists of Children’s Hospital’s specialty pediatric physicians. Touro offers multi-specialty adult practices including Primary Care, Cardiology, Urology, General Surgery, and Obstetrics/Gynecology on the third floor, with Oncology and Infusion Center on the complex’s fourth floor.
