Board Certified Otolaryngologist Charles J. Ballay, II, MD has been an independent practitioner on the medical staff of West Jefferson Medical Center (WJMC) for more than a year, operating under the practice name Crescent City ENT. Hospital executives are proud to announce that Dr. Ballay, an otolaryngologist since 2007, has agreed to join the West Jefferson Family as part of West Jefferson Medical Center’s physician services at:

Existing patients will continue to receive the same quality care from Dr. Ballay and can call the number above for continued care. New patients are also encouraged to call and make an appointment.
West Jefferson Ear, Nose & Throat provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for patients with diseases and disorders that affect the ear, nose, throat, the respiratory & upper alimentary systems related structures of the head and neck. Head and neck oncology, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and the treatment of disorders of hearing and voice are fundamental areas of expertise.

Dr. Ballay received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, LA. He completed his internship in General Surgery at Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Bobby R. Alford Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine. A native of Plaquemines Parish, Dr. Bally moved his practice to New Orleans to be closer to his family in February 2014.
