Sat., October 19 West Jeff Family Festival to benefit WJ Cancer Center

The West Jefferson Hospital Foundation’s annual signature event, the West Jeff Family Festival, will take place on Saturday, October 19 from 11AM to 11PM on the West Jefferson Medical Center campus in Marrero. This year’s theme is Gators and Goblins.

The Foundation is seeking corporate sponsorships and food vendors for the Festival. This is the fourth Family Festival the Foundation has organized to benefit the West Bank hospital. With corporate and community support, this year’s venue promises to be the Hospital Foundation’s best fundraiser yet! The proceeds will, once again, directly benefit the Cancer Center at West Jefferson Medical Center.

Cancer survivors will share testimonials during the Family Festival and crowd-pleasing entertainment and activities will include:

• Classic Car Show
• Children’s Costume Contest
• Kid’s Zone
• Troy Landry and Chase Landry of Swamp People
• Food Vendors
• Bands August Rush, Aaron Foret, and Rockin’ Dopsie Jr., Louisiana Kids
• The Inflatable Colon Health Exhibit
