Patient Access Representative
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for ensuring all patients receiving services in the TRC are registered appropriately for services. The candidate will contribute to creating a friendly, welcoming and safe environment, develop relationships based on trust with patients and families utilizing a trauma-informed approach. Important attributes include: the ability to communicate clearly, demonstrate caring to the survivors of violence and their families, the ability to work in a team environment.
Violence Intervention Supervisor
The Violence Intervention Program Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Seeds of NOLA hospital-based Violence Intervention Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients and families affected by violence. In this role, the Supervisor will be expected to fill in roles as a Violence Interrupter/Violence Intervention Specialist as needed.
Social Worker (LCSW or LPC)-Bilingual in Spanish
The Social Worker LCSW provides clinical social work services for patients and their families. Responsible for psychosocial assessments and discharge planning for patients with complex psychosocial and medical problems. Assists patients and their families in coping with difficulties related to hospital admission, illness, treatment, and discharge. Provides assessment, planning intervention, and evaluation of patient/family needs throughout the hospital stay.
