From my first day at Lakeview, Ms. Kim was kind, caring, and very attentive. She treated me like a friend, and I never doubted her level of knowledge and compassion.

Having come into the hospital not knowing the full extent of my illness, I was scared, worried, and unsure of my future. Kim’s sense of humor and her ability to communicate all instructions, medications, and procedures patiently and totally brought back a sense of comfort I had been lacking. She was everything anyone could want in a nurse. She was also very kind and accommodating to my daughter who visited daily. Each time she came in for checks/meds I felt better by her company.

The greatest kindness she showed me, a kindness I do not deserve, was her willingness to laugh at my terrible jokes. I am happy to be going home, but I will be forever grateful to Kim for making me smile during my stay.
