I just wanted to tell you about my recent stay at Lakeview Hospital .

I was so impressed, from my pre-op to my discharge. I was scheduled for total hip replacement on Nov. 10th. I came to the hospital prior to my surgery for pre-registration, pre-op and attended a very informative class on joint replacement. This is where I met your employer and what a joy she is. She even came to my room after surgery several times and called one night to check on me. She is such an asset to Lakeview.

The praise doesn’t stop there. The surgical staff was A-1. They made me comfortable and ready for surgery. My excellent care continued after surgery. The 4th floor med-surgery nursing staff was so wonderful. Between each of the employees, all my needs were met and beyond my expectations.

All the nursing assistants were so helpful but one stood out for me. I don’t think she ever went home! She was so attentive to my every need. She’s another asset you can be proud of.

The praise doesn’t stop even there! The RN, PT and Care Management employee were also a delight and so willing to help.

Last but certainly not least comes the cafeteria staff employee My goodness! What a ray of sunshine. She always had a big smile on her face. I looked forward to seeing her every day.

In closing I want to say that I would recommend Lakeview Hospital to anyone with medical needs. Again I thank you and your staff.
