Lakeview Regional receives two 2018 top workplace awards

Lakeview Hospital , a campus of Tulane Medical Center, has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by Nola.com/The Times-Picayune. In addition, Lakeview Regional won the Work/Life Flexibility Award, which recognizes the company that understands its employees have lives away from the office. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
