Lakeview regional medical center to host community stroke event

Stroke Education Symposium – Lakeview Hospital is hosting a Community Stroke Event Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. featuring Dr. El Khoury. Dr. Khoury will give a presentation on stroke signs, symptoms, treatment and prevention. Additional activities include: stroke risk assessment, blood pressure checks, nutritional tips, height/weight/BMI checks, and rehabilitation demonstrations. Community resources will also be available.
