Community Health Needs Assessment

Healthier Northshore hospitals contracted with the Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI) and community partners at the United Way of Southeast Louisiana (UWSELA) to implement the 2024 joint
Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for participating hospitals in the Northshore, Louisiana
Region. This report summarizes findings from the CHNA and describes community health needs that
were identified as top priorities.
