To help reduce the spread of respiratory illness, patients (inpatient and outpatient) will be limited to only one visitor at a time.

1st Floor Hospital Cafeteria
The Chapel is located on the first floor next to outpatient surgery and is open to patients and visitors for prayer and meditation. Communion is available 7 days a week from 8:00am - 11:00am.
Should you desire spiritual counsel, Volunteer Services can assist you with contacting your local clergyperson or make arrangements for clergy if you are from out of town. Patient Relations can be reached at 504.988.5868.
Our dedicated staff works diligently to provide you with the best care possible. If there were any staff members you encountered during your stay with us that made your experience easier or more pleasant, we'd love to hear about it.
Please note: Flower/Plant Delivery is not permitted in our Intensive Care units. We encourage you to check with the nursing staff prior to sending or bringing flowers.

Located on the 1st floor of the hospital, the Gift Shop provides coffee, magazines, snacks, gifts, flowers etc. Open Mon - Thurs 8:30am – 8:00pm, Fri 8:30am – 6:00pm, Sat 9:00am – 4:00pm and Sun 10:00am – 4:00pm.
Lakeside - Wireless broadband service is available in the hospital. To access:
Start with your Wi-Fi enabled device turned off.
Turn your device on and ensure that is connected to the "Guest_Access"
SSID/Network Name.
Launch your web browser. You should see the "Guest_Access" Welcome Page
Select your connection option see the "Guest_Access" Welcome Page.
Parking is free in the garage and lots.
If at any time during your stay you have a concern or a problem, please notify your nurse or our patient grievance representatives.
Our goal is to provide excellent care and to respond, in a timely manner, to concerns and issues brought to our attention. Your comments give us valuable information that we use to improve the quality of service that we provide to our patients.
You can reach patient grievance representatives Mon – Fri from 8:00am – 4:30pm at 504.988.2115. After hours, please contact the Nursing Supervisor on duty. Hearing impaired patients should call using the Louisiana Relay at 800.947.5277.

Family and friends can now email a message to an inpatient. Email Visit With a Patient. Please include the patient name and room number (if you have it). The message will be printed and delivered to the patient's room.
