Entire team- front desk, MAs, nurses, physician- was very warm and welcoming. I could tell they were quite busy (week after snow) but everyone was patient and did their best to make the experience personal. We even got a round of applause from the front desk area when we were leaving (too long on here to type back story- but they were great! Energy 10/10). As special needs parent, you sometimes feel like you have to explain things over and over (reminders) or provide rationale why the child responds differently, or may be extremely talkative. I don't have this feeling as much through our experiences with Children's. Although we were only there for a routine check-up and sports physical, in addition to needed paperwork, my child left proud and happy!

He was phenomenal and addressed all of my and my children's concerns in a manner where they felt like they were heard and resources provided for me to help them. Napoleon pediatrics has consistently provided the best service to my family for generations. I appreciate that all providers here are available when my children need care. Keep being great y'all!

The best doctor I ever encountered, a Nepolean pediatric, was very knowledgeable. I didn't have information on my own daughter's condition. He enlightened me on where she'd been going since she was a newborn. I recommend him on a scale of 10. He's a 10 plus and doing some. He's a great doctor. Thank you doctor.
