Dr Layne is a good Dr however the staff that works with the cpap provider are hard to work with - miscommunication with vendor on prescription delayed machine delivery over a month and still haven't fixed settings on older machine - I had to hack into the machine and change them myself - the only staff member that was helpful was Kerrie Schmid who went out of her way to help when my appointment was rescheduled 3 times

All I got was a chest x-ray, but very little wait, the technician was informative, fast and efficient.

My only complaint is the parking. I was told to park in the Canal Garage and after a very long walk passed the Hudson Street Garage which was much closer to where I had to go.

Check in staff thorough. X-ray tech efficient. Comfortable waiting room.

It was a pleasant experience. I arrived early and was taken for CT scan early.
