About Dr. Reinoso
I attended medical school in Colombia, graduating in the top 5% of my class. Did a 2 year research fellowship at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute/ University of Miami and then completed a one-year internship at Ochsner Clinic Foundation. I did my Ophthalmology training with LSU where I was chief resident. Graduated vitreoretinal fellowship with LSU in 2011 and have been a faculty member with LSU since then. I have a special interest in diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration and inherited retinal diseases amongst others.
My Little Something Extra:
I love what I do, I enjoy interacting with patients and being able to help them with their visual needs. I also love spending time with my family; my hobbies include horseback riding and running.
