Dr. Ross, I've been coming to her now for several years. She has always been a spectacular, amazing, not just doctor, but loving person. She asks questions, she explains everything to you, she just shows a lot of love and warmth. And the office, the facility, everybody in there is wonderful, from the front to the back. And I just love coming there. She's amazing.
