About Dr. Ellis

I specialize in Cancer Care. My interest in healthcare began when I helped my parents care for my aging grandmother who lived with us while in high school. Cancer Care became my major interest when a friend was treated for leukemia during my college years. My patients can count on me to provide extraordinary care because I'm fully committed to my patients and meeting their needs.

My little something extra

I practice karate and yoga and have been an instructor in both.

I've found Dr. Ellis to be extremely competent and attentive to my needs. His treatment has been exceptionally effective in reducing what was a considerably severe case of multiple myeloma. It's something almost back to a normal condition. He has answered all of my questions and has been fully attentive to my needs, guided me in other areas where health issues impinged upon my multiple myeloma treatment, which I appreciated. And in that regard, I'm talking about other possible cancer susceptibility and the fact that I have kidney failure associated with a multiple myeloma. And so he's worked closely with a nephrologist

I thought, Dr. Ellis, listen to my concerns. For example, I was taking a nausea medication that was in the form of a pill, and he agreed with me that the medication in the form of a solvent was way better. And so I appreciated that.

The provider is a wonderful doctor, but when I'm finished my visit, the nurses or nurses assistant aren't finished with the visit yet and they're talking among themselves before the visit, before they finish with information for me.
