After waiting an hour and a half from our appointed time, the last person I spoke to mentioned that they had a fire at the place that day, and so they pushed all the morning patients back to the afternoon, but they didn't tell us anything when we were sitting in this room full of people. I assume they got more than one doctor working. It would just be nice if you could just communicate with the people. Communication is the biggest thing in the world. It's not used by the medical profession. It's a shame. You could understand if somebody at the desk when you checked in said, you might have a wait because there was a fire here. I understand that now, but when you wait, you sure don't know it. If you don't go to the doctor's appointment, they want your money for not going that day, but they can hold you up without telling you nothing. It's just frustrating. I mean, just treat people like you want to be treated.
