Yes, this provider was extremely empathetic towards my situation where I was late for my appointment and it was the end of their day and they stayed and waited for me and took me and patiently walked me through the entire process of all of my extensive questions and getting me lined up for treatment and developing a timeline treatment plan that I could be expecting and know what's going to happen next in great detail. So I really appreciate everything she did for me and I highly recommend her for her compassion, bedside manner, and respect.

When I always come, she's very respectful and she treats me nice and she always does a good job with me. She takes her time with me. She always has a smile on her face.
