Every single appointment is over an hour and a half to 3 hours long. No other Dr takes this long to see a patient. My time is never respected. Three other people are in my child's face examining his eyes before the actual ophthalmologist and by that point my child is restless, aggravated and beyond ready to leave.

It was excellent during my daughter [patient name's] years of treatment. She appreciates you very much, and me too, as a mother, love you very much. Troughout the entire treatment process they were very excellent and wonderful. We love you. Sometimes I don't even know how to express myself because I've been so happy for years. I have felt as if I'm among family and remember that I'm very grateful as her mother. All are marvelous! And I've told them this in-person, that I'm super grateful to all of them.
