Medical nutrition therapy
Nutrition is such a key component in the treatment of many chronic illnesses. Our extraordinary outpatient team of licensed and registered Dietitians provide one-of-a-kind nutrition plans for our patients. Our mission is to assist patients in controlling disease symptoms and improving overall health.

Our team is proud of their many specialty certifications, including: Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Certified Lifestyle Counselor (CLS), Certified Personal Trainer.
Payment options
Many insurance companies will cover all or part of outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy for disease management, including Medicare Part B (Medicare coverage limited to diabetes and kidney disease).
A physician referral is required for Medical Nutrition Therapy. We can assist you in obtaining a referral, if necessary.
Fees vary based on insurance. An initial 60-minute appointment is offered for new patients, with 30-minute follow-up appointments thereafter. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Inpatient nutrition care
Our team of licensed and registered Dietitians provide one-of-a-kind nutrition plans for our one-of-a-kind patients with special nutrition needs.
The following services are available based on individual patient need and
in consultation with physicians:
Nutrition assessment and reassessment, nutrition consultation on physician
request, basic nutrition education prior to discharge, and post-discharge
nutrition care follow-up and counseling
