Cardiac rehabilitation therapy that supports recovery
Are you or is someone you know recovering from heart surgery or a heart disease diagnosis? If so, our Cardiac Rehabilitation program is here to help. We’re devoted to getting you back to an active and productive lifestyle. Our program is the first of its kind in our region, with accreditation from the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
Each phase of the program incorporates education, exercise therapy, and psychosocial support to help you reach your cardiac rehab goals. You also have access to a full care team that includes:
- Clinical exercise physiologists
- Physicians
- Specialized nurses
- Registered dietitians
- Social service providers
