De La Salle High School Donates to The Foundation

Representatives from De La Salle High School in New Orleans visited East Jefferson General Hospital’s Breast Care Center on Feb. 15, presenting a check for $3,000 from funds raised at their annual Pink Game.

Pink Games are part of East Jefferson General Hospital’s “Live Pink” initiative to increase awareness about breast cancer and raise money to treat breast cancer at East Jefferson General Hospital throughout the month of October.

Thanks to generous donations and partners like De La Salle High School, our Breast Care Center can continue to provide early detection, the best treatment options, guidance, and support for the 1 in 8 women who will develop breast cancer in their lifetime.
