The New Orleans Arrhythmia, a rock band made up primarily of East Jefferson General Hospital cardiologist and their support staff, is gearing up to play a show at the historic New Orleans Rock ‘n’ Bowl venue.
The show starts at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27. Tickets are going for just $12 and the concert is open for all ages.
Opening its doors at its original location back in 1941, Rock ‘n’ Bowl is now located at 3016 S. Carrollton Ave. in New Orleans and combines bowling and music together in one space.
Initially starting out as a jazz band made up of East Jefferson Hospital personnel, New Orleans Arrhythmia has evolved into a dance band with three lead singers and a four-piece horn section. In addition to dance tunes, the band also hits on soul, blues, ballads, and original works.
The band has been featured in local media outlets such as New Orleans Living Magazine and the New Orleans Advocate as well as live appearances on WWL TV.
