LCMC Health, in partnership with Tulane University School of Medicine, is bringing the care you trust to new locations. See below for changes that will go into effect beginning January 15, 2024.
Expanding locations
These locations will maintain office hours at Tulane Medical Center while extending their services to East Jefferson General Hospital:
- Tulane Cardiology and Diabetes Education
- Tulane Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Audiology
- Tulane Lung Center, Pulmonary Immunology, Allergy, and Rheumatology
- Tulane Surgery
- Tulane Multispecialty Downtown - Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Primary Care
Relocations
A few locations are moving to East Jefferson General Hospital completely and will no longer maintain office hours at Tulane Medical Center. They include:
- East Jefferson General Hospital Eye Care
- Lakeside Hospital Tulane Dermatology
- Tulane Transplant Institute
- Tulane Bone Marrow Transplant
- Tulane Cancer Center
- Tulane Orthopedics
If your location is not listed above as expanding or relocating to East Jefferson General Hospital, plan to see your provider at their existing location. If you have questions about your location, call 504.988.5263 and ask for your clinic.

No matter where you're coming from or how you're getting to us... we've got you covered!
The main entrance is located off West Esplanade Ave. Follow the East Jefferson General Hospital signs for parking and specific center instructions. Our facility is on Houma Blvd, off West Esplanade.
- From I-10
Take Clearview exit 226 North and proceed down Clearview Parkway. Turn right on West Esplanade Ave. The hospital is located on the right on Houma Blvd.
- Directions from Veterans Blvd.
Turn north onto Clearview Parkway and proceed down Clearview Parkway. Turn right on West Esplanade Ave. The hospital is located on the right on Houma Blvd.
Parking at East Jefferson General Hospital is free for patients and visitors. Safety and Security representatives provide escorts to all campus parking areas after dark. Call 504.503.4059 to arrange an escort.
East Jefferson General Hospital is proud to offer the convenience of valet parking service for patients and guests, located by the second-floor entrance of the Hudson garage. Complimentary parking is still available in our parking garages. We strive to offer our patients and guests excellent personalized care that begins upon arrival.
Valet parking is available for Cancer Center patients at the valet station on the corner of Ithaca and Hudson near the back of campus.
Parking areas are monitored and patrolled by East Jefferson General Hospital Safety and Security officers. When a garage closes you may always exit, but entry is restricted. Please refer to the campus map to identify the location of the following parking areas:
Hudson Parking Garage
Open 5 am-9 pm
Located on the west side of the hospital.
Canal and Esplanade Parking Garage
Open 24/7
Located on the east side of the hospital.
Your clinic medical record will move with your provider. Your electronic medical record portal will also remain the same. You can continue to access your clinical medical record via the eCW Clinic Portal. The Clinic Portal gives you access to the records from your doctor’s office. Gain access to your private health information and receive periodic updates and reminders from your doctor on your personal e-mail address! The Clinical Portal includes information from the following facilities:
