Formed during Mardi Gras 2025, a marching krewe—Heart Beat, a colorful krewe of health care professionals from LCMC Health’s hospitals, clinics, and practices across the New Orleans area!
Who, what, when and where?
Heart Beat made its debut in February 2025 with more than 150 members who are moving to an 80s beat! You can catch a Heart Beat performance at the following events:

Why a dance krewe?
The better question is why not a dance krewe? But seriously the reason is LCMC Health is New Orleans-born and our staff of 18,000+ loves the local culture as much as anyone. Plus, given our line of work, it’s good to let loose, have a little fun, and blow off some steam.
