Vital Work-Life offers five free emotional/mental health counseling or coaching sessions, as well as other support services to help you face work and life challenges.
- HEART huddles - A compassionate space designed for healthcare professionals to share, reflect, and heal.
- Well-being rounding - Focuses on improving the work environment and conditions that impact employee well-being.
- Nurse peer coaching - Talk with a compassionate listener who understands the work, life and family challenges you face–and it's free.
- Compassion fatigue - Giving your time, energy, and empathy can lead to a lack of capacity to attend to your own needs.
